innovative is defined as the process of making changes to something new innovation in its modern meaning is a new idea creative thoughts new imaginations in form of device or method innovation is often also viewed as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements and articulated needs or existing market needs. 

innovative work helped teacher to teach a lesson easily. in teaching learning process the role of innovative work is very important. it to makes the class very interesting. innovative work is effective method for teaching a difficulty topic easily

my innovative work is named as "let's know and understand types of communications". it attempted to give an idea about formal informal verbal and nonverbal communication through a still model. The model help the student to understand various forms without any confusion. usually students will difficult to differentiate one form of communication to the other and their may be chances for Misrepresentation of the concept .in order to overcome this Misrepresentation I exhibit  the working model to the students and then provide and opportunity to see and understand how different types of communication of occure .it you could surely help the students to organise and visualise their understanding there by students could easily identify and describe various types of communication.
